Thekkady - Kumarakom - Marari - Cochin
Day 01: Arrival Cochin - Thekkady (170 km- 5 hrs)
On arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin on your own arrangment, you will be met and driven to Periyar/Thekkady and check in at the Hotel/Resort. Full day at leisure. Overnight stay at Resort
Day 02: Thekkady
After breakfast, go on a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc, and quite a lot of unique birds can also be spotted. Later, come back to the hotel. After lunch proceed for a spice plantation tour. Relax & enjoy your stay overnight.
Day 03: Thekkady - Kumarakom (130 Km-4 hrs)
After breakfast transfer to Kumarakom. Check-in to your Hotel/Resort on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Spend the entire day at leisure or go for an Ayurvedic Massage (Optional). Evening go for a sunset cruise and stay overnight at the Resort.
Day 04 : Kumarakom
Early morning go for bird watching at the bird sanctuary. Later come back to the resort. After breakfast visit to the farm house. Rest of the day at leisure. Over night stay at Kumarakom.
Day 05 : Kumarakom - Marari (30 Km - 1 hr)
After breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Enroute you can see many romantic beauty of the nature which will remind you that you are in the "God's Own Country". You can view coconut palm fringed roads. Check into the resort where you will forget everything except enjoyment of life. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 06 : Marari
Full day at leisure at Alleppey. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 07 : Marari - Cochin (80 Km-2 hrs)
After breakfast transfer to Cochin. Evening go on a pleasant boat ride across the Cochin Harbour, which takes you to the gateway of the Arabian Sea. On arrival at Fort Cochin, proceed on a sight seeing tour, which includes a visit to the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing nets, etc. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 08: Departure Cochin (45 km-1.5 hrs)
Depart as per schedule to the Airport/ Railway station at Cochin to connect onto your flight back home. Tour ends….
